On an otherwise shitty day, the absolute joy of a mother and her two sons finding out that both of them earned their GED did my sad little heart a world of good. Seriously, I almost cried in the office. Her sons are off to college now; one of them is going to be a marine biologist. I hope he gets there, I really do.
